The battle-tested Knicks had no choice but to vie for the second seed.

Whether you've been present at the arena or tracking the action from afar, the Knicks' approach to their regular-season finale against Chicago on Sunday afternoon was crystal clear. There was no hint of strategic maneuvering for specific matchups in the Eastern Conference playoff landscape. This team, guided by their coach and propelled by their MVP candidate, viewed the Bulls' red jerseys as merely another obstacle to overcome in their quest for victory. While it may sound cliché, it's undeniably true that this sentiment encapsulates the essence of New York's 50-win season, culminating in an overtime triumph over the Bulls and clinching the No. 2 seed in the upcoming playoffs. Despite enduring numerous absences due to injuries from key starters throughout the season, the Knicks have epitomized a "next-man-up" mentality. Seth Rollins Reflects on the Most Challenging Period of His WWE Career

Although Seth Rollins is currently experiencing the peak of his career, the situation was quite different about a year ago. The WWE World Heavyweight Champion recently opened up about his growing frustration leading up to WrestleMania 38 last year. He revealed that WWE's creative team did not have a clear plan for his character, which left him increasingly discontented.

Eventually, Rollins found himself facing Cody Rhodes upon his return, a choice handpicked by Vince McMahon. However, the weeks leading up to the "Showcase of Immortals" were far from enjoyable for "The Visionary."

Speaking to "SI Media," Rollins shared, "I would say the beginning of 2022 was the most angry I've ever been. There were two or three instances that, I'm not going to delve into specifically, but essentially, from the Day 1 pay-per-view to getting the match with Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania, that process was very frustrating for me."

He continued, "It ended in a positive way, and we eventually reached a good place, but getting there was far from ideal, and I made sure to voice my concerns at that point in time."

Rollins discusses the reasons behind his frustration.

When questioned about the cause of his frustration, Seth Rollins disclosed that he had initially been given a different path to WrestleMania on the night of Day 1, but those plans underwent significant changes after the event and continued to evolve in the following weeks. He mentioned that there was a six-week period where the information he received was constantly shifting on a weekly basis.

In the aftermath of WrestleMania 39, the "WWE Raw" episode garnered negative attention as reports surfaced that Vince McMahon had returned to Gorilla Position and ordered last-minute rewrites and extensive alterations. During that particular episode, an unusual incident occurred where Rollins walked out to the ring but left without saying a word.

When questioned about the incident, Rollins attributed it to a "production miscommunication" and clarified that the segment's intention was to have the audience sing his theme song during a commercial break. However, due to the miscommunication, WWE ended up airing video packages instead, causing the disruption. He mentioned, "That messed up what the plan was, so the crowd was just trying to sing, but you've got Stone Cold talking about Broken Skull Ranch on [the TitanTron]."
