The battle-tested Knicks had no choice but to vie for the second seed.

Whether you've been present at the arena or tracking the action from afar, the Knicks' approach to their regular-season finale against Chicago on Sunday afternoon was crystal clear. There was no hint of strategic maneuvering for specific matchups in the Eastern Conference playoff landscape. While it may sound cliché, it's undeniably true that this sentiment encapsulates the essence of New York's 50-win season, culminating in an overtime triumph over the Bulls and clinching the No. 2 seed in the upcoming playoffs. Despite enduring numerous absences due to injuries from key starters throughout the season, the Knicks have epitomized a "next-man-up" mentality. The shot by Steph Curry over Kevin Durant gained widespread attention during the Suns-Warriors game and became viral.

Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns will play Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

Curry launched a spectacular shot over his former teammate during the game that went viral on social media.

After multiple dribbles, Curry stepped back behind the three-point line and made a fantastic shot since he had an iso on Durant.

With averages of 28.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game while shooting 41.7% from three-point range and 46.4% from the field in 46 games, Curry is having another incredible season.

He is still an MVP-caliber performer at the age of 35.

Despite his outstanding play, the Warriors' season has been uneventful; after 49 games, they have a 24-25 record and are the 11th seed in the Western Conference.

They are 6-4 over their previous ten games, though, and they are currently riding a three-game winning run. They have been playing better lately.

Curry scored 42 points to lead them in their most recent 131-109 victory over the Indiana Pacers.

Curry and Durant played together for the Warriors for three seasons, from 2017 to 2019.

The squad won two titles and advanced to the NBA Finals in each of the three seasons during that span.
With a 31-21 record after 52 games, the Suns are now the fifth seed in the Western Conference.

They have won three straight games and have a 7-3 record in their previous ten games.
